Getting Over Regret

Nostalgia during the Holidays can also cause us to look back and regret. Do you know that the cross of Jesus Christ and His great mercy and love COVERS all of your regrets? As a reminder, Romans 12:2 says, "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose." So in addition to being forgiven for our shortcomings and even purposeful sins, God, ONLY GOD, is willing to work those things - those regrets - for good in our lives and in the lives of our dear ones. Stop today and give God your regrets. Thank Him for working them for good. If you have asked for forgiveness, you are forgiven. Trust His mercy. You are very treasured and loved by the ONE who created the universe.
